Shipping & Returns


We aim to dispatch all tees within 48 hours of purchase (Mon-Fri).
All of our orders are tracked. Your tracking number will be provided with your shipping confirmation email. If your parcel is overdue, please drop us an email at and we will do all we can to help!

Please note that shipping may be slightly slower during sales/peak times.
Sadly we're not able to control any delays as a result of postal strikes.

We hope you love your Ruby Loot purchase! 

But if for any reason it’s not the right fit for you and you need to return your order, this must be done within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

 Once we have your return in hand, please allow 3-5 working days for it to be processed & checked. If approved, you will then be refunded for the item. This can take up to 14 days to process.

Your original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

If you find any problems with your order on arrival, please send us an email immediately to so we can assist you in resolving the situation as soon as possible.

 Please return all tees in their original, unworn condition, folded carefully and placed inside their recycled Ruby Loot polybag as received. We will not be able to refund you if there is any sign of wear, so when trying on your tee, please be careful to avoid getting makeup, fake tan or any other marks on it, as well as perfume or other scents. All goods must then be suitably packaged so they are not damaged in transit.

Make sure to include your original packing slip inside your return parcel so that we can identify it. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all returns must be sent to the address shown on the returns slip. We recommend sending via a tracked/insured service so that if anything goes wrong in transit, you are covered by the shipping company.

Please ensure to clearly mark any customs documents as "RETURNED GOODS" as any returns which we receive with unpaid duties/customs/fees will be rejected.
